On July 5, The Golden Pixel Cooperative continues its cooperation with OKTOSKOP, the weekly film programme on Vienna’s community TV, OKTO. Artist, filmmaker and Golden Pixel chair Marlies Pöschl, in conversation with Antonia Rahofer, presents films that inspire or intrigue her in her artistic and curatorial work, providing an insight into her ways of thinking and working. The programme sees the Golden Pixel Cooperative expand its range of activities to include the medium of television and – together with OKTO– is looking forward to welcoming new audiences!

The two short films of the evening, Smars (2015, 10’) by Eva Medin and Care (2017, 18’) by Anna Witt, both explore the rules of human conduct and care, whether framed by futuristic, sterile laboratory aesthetics or vivid market scenes in Asia.
