Des souffles …. is a performance imagining the future of care and exploring the possibilities of intra-action with the objects that surround us. It consists of several interrelated elements: the vocal performance of a choir made up of seniors that interacts with live electronics. This composition is the result of a collaborative project: it was created based on sound recordings, exchanges and a writing workshop in several old resident’s homes and neighborhood centers.

Based on a collectively written poem imagining a future vision of their retirement home this composition experiments with the sounds of the machines that surround the seniors in their daily life. It is performed by a choir composed of tenants of a residence for the elderly and members of the choir la Clé des chants.
